What is Meeting Place Berlin?

“Meeting Place Berlin“ is THE platform in Berlin for international and national decision makers in the field of MICE-business. It is designed to acquire congresses, seminars, incentives and similar events for the city Berlin. The goal is to increase the number of several-day congresses counting more than 100 participants and to distribute the resulting sales volume among local meeting suppliers.

Therefor max. 150 international and national meeting planners and buyers from these sectors are selected:

  • international and national associations and organisations
  • international and national companies
  • international and national meeting planners and agencies

Clients are invited to Berlin as hosted buyers and get to meet about 50 previously selected and suitable local suppliers.

The Berlin Convention Office is responsible for placing the destination Berlin in the market of international congresses, meetings and incentives.
